— Fri Andaz feast
- I had very little food during the day, except some fruits
- i prepared celery + little forks
- During the buffet, I had some fruits + veg, not only dessert and cooked meat/fish
- I reached about 80~90% capacity, better than earlier buffets
- I refused alcohol since it’s not satisfying yet expensive in calories
- I didn’t feel “still full 3 hours after”. Was 65.5 kg on Sunday
🙂 I refused sugary drinks + alcohol .. They don’t satisfy my craving, but they are expensive in terms of calories
