== diet
— Wed: probably nothing but fruits in the morning before I headed out at 2pm. At Shaw center I had one desert (starchy).
9pm Reached home. Had lots of yellow watermelon. After story cube, at 10pm i finally took a 2nd look at the leftovers. Decided not to wait till 11pm. The food was mostly cooked veg + a bit of pork. I took up small amount of rice.

At 11.30 I decided to work a bit more, and took up potato leftovers as part of a recipe of comfort foods
— Fri after movie [[Ironman 2]], around midnight, I had only small amount of sushi
