As we age, some “system functions” will decline faster than others. Which ones are the most important/valuable to protect?

  3. bone strength
  4. CRE .. many elderly can maintain CRE through swim, hiking, jogging
  5. short-term memory,
  6. eyesight, hearing
  7. appetite .. consider grandpa + R.Teo’s dad
  8. sexual health without aid
  9. balancing while jogging/climbing

Note lower-ranked items are often high-value but too hard (or too easy) to preserve. No perfect example, but I will say sexual.
