As we age, some “system functions” will decline faster than others. Which ones are the most important/valuable to protect?

- CRE .. many elderly can maintain CRE through swim, hiking, jogging
- short-term memory,
- eyesight, hearing
- appetite .. consider grandpa + R.Teo’s dad
- sexual health without aid
- balancing while jogging/climbing
Note lower-ranked items are often high-value but too hard (or too easy) to preserve. No perfect example, but I will say sexual.
