* if u (really) have some difficulty getting help from your team members, it’s the manager’s problem, not your problem.
* your boss is good at phrasing complex questions in one clear question.
* when the consultants came aboard, they probably had to ask lots of questions too.
* company has different expectations/roles for consultants vs employees. Consultants do support but not much design. Experienced Employees could give low-level implementation issues to consultants.
* if u keep asking a person, he would show you eventually
