oil-free=healthiest cooking

Most cooks including the loving ladies in my family would not worry about “a few drops” of oil to enhance taste, but it is a slippery slope.

For my longevity, I want to develop my appetite and taste for

  • oil-free “lite” cooking like my Bayonne-era grilling, steaming, boiling, microwaving
  • raw food including raw-salad without fatty dressing

Started in 2018, these changes sound impermanent, merely fashionable, whimsical, and indefensible in the face of practical challenges, but I think these small lifestyle changes go a long way towards wellness including immunity and longevity.
