Among all addictive, temptation foods including ice cream and nuts, creamy cakes are by far the most seductive, more powerful. Cakes feel richer, heavier, more satisfying and more damaging.
Fortunately, cakes fill me up quickly so I am unable to eat 2 kilos.
— chocolates: total amount consumed is usually a small fraction compared to cakes
— nuts:
- more fiber.
- less sugar
- fat is more natural
— ice creams
- have lots of water content, therefore less calorie-dense. When you look at the volume of a melted ice cream chunk, it’s half the original size.
- have no starch
- chia seeds are easier to add into ice cream
- cake has starch + fat (+sugar which I don’t care much), probably more fat density than ice cream
Both cakes and ice cream are prone to binge. Better combine raw veg !
