Hi,
Just to share with you what I'm trying to learn in my spare time, in preparation for potential job market upheavals over the next 3 years.

Better get restarted on interview-practice. Did nothing for more than half a year.

Better get more focused on c# GUI development. I'm doing mostly non-GUI c# development.
Better collect c# interview questions. Otherwise I code so much c# without knowing what is important to interviews.
Better look for c++ freelance projects, though this is a fairly time-consuming way to learn. Programming projects don't build the real confidence as real interviews do.
Better get restarted on home coding projects using STL. More efficient than freelance projects.
