A: An H-1B petition consists of two fees: filing fees and attorney
fees. The filing fees are as follows: 1. $190 for base filing fee; 2.
$500 for fraud prevention and detection fee; 3. $750 for an additional
fee if the petitioner employs a total of no more than 25 full-time
equivalent employees in the U.S. ($1,500 for an additional fee if the
petitioner employs more than 25 employees) Z&A charges $1,400 in
attorney’s fee for an H-1B application. For the premium process, there
is an additional fee of $1,000 and total attorney fee for the premium
