====Diet
— Sa
In office, I had one kiwi+milk only. At east coast beach, I felt hungry. Waited till 7 to have family feast at Lagoon hawker center. Very low starch (discarding half the rice). Full Stomach due to an early ice dessert + sugar cane juice + spinach soup + big Thai salad. Rather few items in the feast were calorie-dense or fattening. Nevertheless, the feast is presumably a high calorie meal.
— Su: miraculously, after a 7.30 pm end of dinner, I am feeling full even at 8am next morning. This dramatically reduced appetite is a bit scary, but I take heart.
