— Mo: I came home early and saw an enticing diner on the table. I had the resolve to resist. Thankfully, wife put away the leftovers….

To fend off the temptations, I had some raw cucumbers close to 10, followed by a banana smoothie. When i finished it around 10.30+, I felt full, but the temptation was very strong. So I fought another bao3shan1 battle.
