For those 9 months u didn't submit any resume? If i were you, i would have done differently.  Stability wasn't a high priority.

One real reason we are not “OK” is, my wife need a long term (12 months+) base to plan what to do with her time. Overall Boston is comfortable but quite certainly not a long-term base, simply because of NY.  Without NY, boston would be perfect for us.

 

I think my wife won't feel at home in this country, anywhere in this country. We are going home one day. Our home is SG, period.

 

US is not an easy place for simple girls. She's trying hard in a few ways, everyday, to swim in the tidal wave. It would take a small miracle to turn this tide and change our destiny. Anyway, don't ask me what I mean as i'm trying to concentrate on NY and job-hunting, which is perhaps the right choice.

 

Later perhaps we can discuss where in US we can fit in. For now, i have to be short term — concentrate on building a credible US track record to be capitalized on after we go home.
