— Thu: Morning after yoga, I had one shao1mai4 + a bit of greenbean soup. Ignored wife’s cooking and left home. At office, I had a few chocolates + small orange.
Reaching home 5pm, I had more greenbean soup with milk. I also added some chip. I left home around 8.30. At office had some orange.
Reached home 11pm hungry. I first finished some apples slices leftovers. Then I finished a lot of cooked veg with a bit of rice. Then I eat an equal amount of additional rice with the prawn gravy
