) Analyze. Look at the different stressors. Some staff share my “bad stressors”, other individuals have their special bad stressors, which don’t affect workers like me. Not sure if some colleagues somehow have no “bad stressor” ie seriously-bad stressors.
) Be scientific. /Just/ how do you know if a given individual’s work and /functioning/ is affected by a stressor, and how badly? I feel this isn’t an extremely worthwhile question. For example, after making a huge mistake, everyone is susceptible to stress.
) Some people have a “killer” technique you may lack (===> learn), whereas you have your “killer” techniques — blogging, smemo, /sound-byte/ slogans …
) Overall, I might come out to be less stress-sensitive than many colleagues, perhaps thanks to a simple inter-personal style, strong technical, systematic approach …
