##no time for exercise – Real reasons

If doctor says you must exercise 5 times a week to stay alive, you would give up something below.

At the moment, exercise competes poorly for my very limited time. Some mini-exercises take less than a minute, but often treated lower priority than

* helping kids with studies including reading Chinese stories and piano * tidy up (classify, rearrange) to ease finding things
* bring kids out to exercise then meals, each time 3 – 6 hours * [E] personal finances including mortgage,
* [E] buying furniture, electronics, snacks,
* fixing stuff at home including gadgets
* [E] blogging about parenting, marriage, time management, self-motivation, … * family time including movies
* [E] researching on how to save pennies here and there
** profiting a bit from credit card gifts
* vacation planning for education and family fun
* [E] playing with baby
* helping wife with meals – tons of work

Beside the time-competition, another (better-known) factor is reluctance i.e. psychological resistance to exercise. The [E] items are more enjoyable. Compared to me, some people actually find joy in exercise parks downstairs, or yoga. so they do it a lot more! So far, only jogging could feel good for me.

Q: (This isn’t a complete list) If I don’t need to worry so much about money, I would sacrifice which items to make way?
