The World Tourism rankings are compiled by the United Nations World Tourism Organization as part of their World Tourism Barometer publication, which is released up to six times per year. In the publication, destinations are ranked by the number of international visitor arrivals, by the revenue generated by inbound tourism, and by the expenditure of outbound travelers.

Turkey and Thailand are in global G10 and Asia’s G3

Mexico is in global G10.

Africa and South America are the least popular continents.

— biggest earner is U.S. earning 14.4% of all the money spent by international tourists.
#2 Spain is 5.4%

Combing Macau (reportedly higher than mainland[1]) and HK, China would be #2 , earning 7% of global total.

— biggest spender is PRC visitors, spending 17% of the global total

Somehow India is outside G10
