== diet log
— Tue: fasting till 12. Then had beancurd dessert + 2 mangos. Went to office at 3. Had some pork + 2 carrots in the late afternoon. Reaching home at 9, no hunger, no appetite but I kinda know it’s unstable and precarious.

Aim at 10 pm to start eating. I did that. Had lots of cooked veg + diluted congee. Then I had some homemade soymilk with salmon. No raw veg, to prevent subsequent comfort foods. I guess supper was 500-800 cal.

The morning after, I felt hungry and lethargic. 63.5 kg. Probably evidence of low-calorie supper

— Wed: substantial meals in office [ 2 mangos with 3 carrots; frozen veg with meats ] but no starch 🙂 No hunger reaching home. I feel I can hold out to 10.30. I did 🙂
Now my goal is to keep total calorie below 600. I think I hit 700, but morning after I weighed 63.9 kg 🙂

— Thu: Successful fasting full day. Only some cooked veg in office. Reached home feeling strong against the temptation. Aiming to hold off the enticing foods until 9pm. I started eating around 8.45
