— Sun: I brought the 4 left-over sushi to office fridge, had a long counselling session, and decided to eat some sushi with lots of raw carrots.
Q: why eating the same sushi at home is harder?
A: I tend to associate that with loss of control.
A: after I eat one sushi, I can put the rest in office freezer, not possible at home.

Reaching home, I didn’t feel hunger. After boxing, shower… I hit 63.7 kg 🙂 and tired. If I sleep now, then I would score a big win. There’s no craving or hunger. However, if I start eating, even if fruits, I would open the flood gate.
— Fri: in the morning I was too hungry so I had a big smoothie with a bit of starch. In office I had only fruits + raw veg + one dumping. Weight reduced to 64.3 when reaching home, and I felt hungry partly due to the workout at Hong Lim.

I decided to postpoone warrior meal to 10pm. Successful!

I boxed up the potato slices.

After the TV show, I felt unsatisfied, so I looked into the fridge. I rejected potato slices, bread, fruits, 麻辣香锅 and picked some buttery pastry, perhaps due to the starch fast since after the smoothie… prolonged separation. Note all of these foods after TV show are unexpected enticing foods, something non-existent in Bayonne home.

I added lots of raw veg.
— Thu: had big smoothie for breakfast. In office I had some a carrot + wife cooked veg.

When I reached home at 9, no hunger. The left-over food was mostly veg and not so tempting 🙂 However, there is still lots of temptation in fried rice + ice cream etc, becasue the stash is NOT mine.

I decided to postpone the warrior meal to 10, with remote work. For the bao3shan1 battle,

  • Maybe I should eat one of the very sweet oranges. I did.
  • Then I ate a tiny ice cream cone.

— Wed: in office from 1 to 9 I had one mango, one Taiwan dessert + 3 pices of celery !, 2 dates + 3 mini-oranges. Didn’t heat any food. Probably 300 – 500 cal. I didn’t push myself on a fast, perhaps because I didn’t feel in the mood. I didn’t feel weak either. Instead, I was at peace with myself

Reaching home around 10, I felt … yes hungry, but decided to have one big banana to postpone the warrior meal to 10.45 🙂 Then I said No to rice and sliced raison bread (which I enjoyed at breakfast), but the Japanese bread looked too tasty.. no guilt no self-hate… I deserve some comfort food.  I had that with lots of cooked veg + one raw onion + big cumcumber

After that, I still felt … yes hungry, so I had a tiny ice cream cone, more mellons + grapes but no starch. End of warrior meal is huge battle often overlooked.
