— Tue: I had a determination. Had very light meal in office. Came home 9pm without hunger. Wife didn’t leave too much food, but fairly starchy. I decided (regretably) to take a quick look anyway.. not tempted and weakened. The left-over mango by meimei .. I didn’t “finish up”. I told boy my goal of 11pm.
