This municipal security trading desk is #1 on Wall street. System has been around for a long time.

* new technologies — I thought the technologies would be outdated. They are, but there are some new projects using state of the art technologies
* workload — recent workload averages a comfortable 80% load level. Commissions was roughly 200%. As a front office trading system, i thought it would be quite stressful.
* colleagues are quite helpful. I thought this bank doesn't have good team work culture.

Bottom line — I get to learn *standard* (and some new) trading technologies while earning a reasonable salary, without an uncomfortable workload.
