Many say health is #1 priority in their personal lives, in their long view, but their daily actions don’t reflect it.
Am not a role model, but am slowly pulling ahead of the pack, mostly in terms of diet, exercise, sleep schedule etc. I notice my improvements and progress when out with other people like in BGC or out dining.
Perhaps more important than the visible habits[1] is the perception or wisdom.

I often say grandma tends to feel superior in her fitness. In personal wellness, perhaps some moderate sense of superiority is a valuable part of self-respect, self-esteem and positive pride.
