Don’t blame yourself for your (legitimate) need for reflective diary since 15.
This need has sizable tcosts but lower total-cost than other people’s idiosyncrasies like
- fine dining,
- gaming
- vacationing
- cooking,
- shopping,
- DIY home improvement, home decoration,
- news junkie,
- yoga — is an unnecessary luxury for some women, not really for wellness
- photography,
- board games …
Similarly,
- Don’t scold yourself (as a weakling) that you can’t sleep upright
- Don’t feel self-pity if you are 1.9m tall and can’t feel comfortable flying economy
- Don’t blame grandma and boy …. for their sensitivity to heat
- Don’t scold your son …. that his absorbency is lower than his classmates’.
- Don’t criticize your wife … that she has low positive feeling, low absorbency for physical exercise.
- Don’t see your stomach as weak when it “rejects” any unclean food. As Winnie put it, my stomach is sensitive and self-protective.
- Don’t despise yourself that you aren’t a manager type and can’t follow the footsteps of those high-flier classmates
