favor lie-down poses

Given my extremely tight y-junction muscles, I favor lie-down poses. Most poses aren’t lie-down poses, but after 6 months I know myself better. Trying the standing or sitting poses to open my hips is possible, but emotionally painful, even torturous, disappointing, unsustainable. This is one big lesson learned, and I have to learn it by myself.
