The challenge — often I can’t find a good email/webpage that presents all the key information on one compact layout. Whatever I find either misses something important or uses very lousy layout spilling over to multiple pages.

Sugg — copy paste the content to Word and remove the blank lines and irrelevant data.

This actually saved me time searching for a perfect printable page.

— how to carry .. Some multi-leg, or family trips … often need an accessible itinerary printout.  On the day of travel, it has proven useful to put the printout into a lightweight, clear bag, ideally colorless.

If you have other loose printout pages to read en-route, then you have two choices

• simply use 2 single bags
• use a multi-leaf display folder to separate out papers by category
