Most of the calories would be in the egg yolk (55 cal) and the added sugar.
- white radish — more flavor than onion or tomato
- one small tomato
- a tiny onion #can add more
- one egg is tasty, but two would add too much calories. remove yolk if 3 needed
- 金针菇/Enoki — no flavor but quite filling
- — IIF you made a mistake adding too much water
- a teaspoon of sugar for taste,
- some soy sauce or Iodized salt, hopefully to reduce sugar. I prefer soy sauce because I can gauge the dosage by the color
- if water not too much, then the natural flavor or tomato and radish might be sufficient
