yogurt :( not low-cal not filling

Not a great food for many weight watchers.

Overall, yogurt has a positive reputation relative to alternatives, provided not too much added sugar. However, even a nonfat yogurt without added sugar (i.e. lightest) hits 80 to 100 cal 🙁

A regular mid-sized yogurt has about 100-150 cal, but does it satisfy my hunger? seldom:(. Better with chia seeds

In the CNY context it is a relatively low-calorie food compared to the other CNY foods.

Is it tasty as a comfort food? has potential if with plenty of honey.
