(wheat)bread to go with chocolate/nuts..

Adding whole grain bread to nuts or chocolates … is

  • more healthy due to fiber
  • more filling
  • help reduce intake of the tasty but “unhealthy” and reduce the guilty feeling
  • doesn’t really make it less tasty… often makes it more tasty:) in my experience

Warning — without bread I would take x amount of nuts, but with bread I would take x / 2 amount + 5x bread… Binge! This would add to my weight, even though the wheat bread is a relatively healthy food.
